Shipping Information:
Each set of reproduction antlers are inspected before shipping and then are very carefully packaged using only the best products to ensure safe delivery of your antlers. Should your antlers become damaged during the shipping process, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to replace your product.

Custom order antlers may not be returned, as they are made for a specific order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of custom order antlers. All other antlers must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please contact us before you return the product so we can give you further return instructions. After we have received the antlers in an undamaged condition, you will be fully refunded less shipping costs.

Molding fee includes first copy. Additional copies are also available if desired. Please call for pricing about additional copies and info.

* If you should choose to give up mold rights you are agreeing to allow NWS Taxidermy & Antler Reproductions, LLC to produce additional copies for resale.

* If you should choose NOT to give up mold rights to NWS Taxidermy & Antler Reproductions, LLC, NWS will keep your mold on hand in case you decide to purchase additional copies. Molds can be destroyed immediatly, should the customer choose to do so. All molds produced by NWS Taxidermy are NOT for sale and will remain at NWS until permission is given by the client to destroy the mold or until 5 years have passed, which ever should come first.
